The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
You initiate the return request within 7 days of receiving your order.
Note: Some items such as hygiene-sensitive products (e.g. personal care tools) or sale items may not be eligible for return.

3. Return Shipping
If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping cost.
If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
Items must be shipped back within 5 days after your return request is approved.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days via your original payment method.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Exchanges

6. Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. Once shipped, the order will fall under our return process.
